Ponymeadow

Ponymeadow is known for energising dance floors with uplifting melodic tech house tunes  featuring powerful female vocals. In the early 2000s, she promoted and DJed at goth nights and doofs, before joining the Sydney band scene, where she played bass in Ruby Sue and The Glimmer.

Ponymeadow moved to New York in 2015 and toured nationally with Brooklyn feminist punk band Lady Bits. When she returned to Sydney she immersed herself in electronic music production and DJing, reconnecting with her roots and her love of trance and house music.

Today, Ponymeadow's sets feature both classic tunes and a polished, modern sound honed by her successful career as a music producer, with over 500K Spotify listens. She loves to
integrate her original productions and remixes into her sets.

As well as playing Frequency, Ponymeadow has played parties like Dykadellic, Disjointed and Beyond Classic, venues such as Kinsela's and The Burdekin, and international sets in Phuket and Bali. She has supported artists like Mark Dynamix, Sveta and Lauren Neko, and her own productions have been played globally by DJs like Markus Schulz, Aly and Fila and R3HAB

Having burst into the scene in 2010 Alex Chico Arias has been playing sets that no other Sydney DJ has dared to play. He brings a clear sense of emotion, drive, and a certain dash of old-school to every set he plays. He passionately strives to bring his audience  that true trance sound which makes him a favourite amongst the local trance crowd and local DJ’s.

Alex 'Chico' Arias was the resident DJ for Sydney Trance and played at some iconic Sydney venues like Arq, Home, Candy's, Voodoo, Wolfbar, Civic Underground, and Warm up sets for artists like Marlo, Talla 2XLC and Freedom Fighters.

His passion for the music he plays can clearly be seen when he’s behind the decks, making his happiness infectious and his connection with his audience immediate.

Alex is someone who has more often than not delivered the "set of the night" at any gig he plays. He doesn't have any room for fluff. He knows exactly what he likes, and exactly what is going to make you move, and what more can you ask of a DJ, really?

"Trance has always been more than music for Rob Binner — it's a connection, a story, and a source of energy. Born and raised in the Netherlands, and now based in Sydney, Australia, he first discovered the magic of trance in 2003 through the euphoric sounds of legends like Paul van Dyk and Armin van Buuren. During his 14-year journey as a competitive track and field athlete, trance became more than a soundtrack — it was fuel. Trance Energy compilations and ASOT CDs powered countless training sessions and helped shape the discipline and drive that define his path today.

What began on the athletics track and the dancefloor evolved into DJ sets by 2011, and full-fledged productions by 2016. His sound is rooted in melodic uplifting trance: powerful leads, emotional builds and a drive that hits both heart and feet. Rob’s music tells stories — from the hope in Building Bridges to the cosmic scope of Paint the Universe.

With releases on Redux, Ablazing and Hyper Reality, he's steadily carving his place in the global trance scene. The dream? To release on labels like Future Sound of Egypt or Subculture, and to bring his sound to the big stages that once inspired him. The journey continues — track by track, set by set."

Kurtis.jpg

From the moment I DJ Kurtis, first felt the pulse of a kick drum, music stopped being just something I listened to—it became something I needed to create, shape, and share. I started DJing in 2008 drawn in by the energy of the dancefloor and the connection that happens when a track hits at the perfect moment. What began as curiosity quickly turned into obsession, and soon I found myself spending every free hour learning to mix, dig for new sounds, and build my own musical identity.

My journey has taken me from small local parties to some of the most memorable stages of my life. I’ve played at Black Noir Club Nox, Candys, each crowd pushing me to evolve my sound—whether that’s deep, melodic, high-energy, or genre-blending sets built around emotion and rhythm. Every show has become a new chapter in understanding not just music, but the atmosphere it can create.

Today, I'm focused on refining my craft, expanding my catalogue, and connecting with audiences on a bigger scale. Whether I’m behind the decks or in the studio, I’m driven by the same passion that started it all: creating moments people feel long after the night ends. And this is only the beginning.

I consider myself a high-energy DJ and producer whose sound blends the best of Happy Hardcore, Hardstyle, and Trance. Starting with fast-paced rave anthems, evolving through hard-hitting kicks, and finding his melodic stride in Trance, he now creates a unique hard dance style that’s both powerful and uplifting. With a fresh focus on production and crowd-moving sets, I like to deliver unforgettable moments on every stage I perform on.

Matty Love discovered electronic music in 1997 through his love of the music played by Sasha, John Digweed and the UK progressive sound while living in Ottawa, Canada. He spent his early years in the scene DJing at local parties in Ottawa and travelling to Montreal for nights at Stereo and Sona, shaping the style he still carries today.

With over 25 years behind the decks, Matty has played across Ottawa, Montreal, Thailand and now Australia. In Sydney he regularly plays private events, underground parties, private boat parties and plays a regular 6 to 9pm Friday session at Lucky Cat. His sets blend house, deep house and progressive, focusing on warm grooves and a steady, danceable flow.

Expect melodic builds, rolling basslines and a vibe that keeps people moving while staying true to the underground sounds that inspired him from the start.
